Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Union Co., Ltd. produces and sells iron and steel products worldwide. It offers fluorite concentrate and ore, construction steel, hot and cold rolled coils, seamless pipes, section steel, and other steel products, as well as reduced iron, metal material products, non-ferrous metal alloys, metal smelting products, auto parts and accessories, iron ore, and refractory materials. It also provides hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel strips, pickled steel strips, hot-dip galvanized steel strips, thick plates, electrical steel, etc. that are used in automobiles, household appliances, ships, construction, engineering machinery, petroleum, mining machinery, machinery parts manufacturing, and other industries; and steel pipes and tubes that are used in oil casing, drill pipe, and axles, as well as perforating gun, boiler, marine, pipeline, grid structure, hydraulic support, fluid delivery, and gas cylinder tubes. In addition, it offers steel sheet piles, angle steel, and other materials that are used in industrial and civil buildings, cross-sea bridges, underground pipe galleries, dams sea reclamation, railway poles, and railway vehicle girders; steel rails; hot-rolled ribbed steel bars, high-carbon hard wires, cold heading steels, welding wires and rod steel, round steel for sucker rods, etc.; rare earth steel and concentrates that are used in metallurgical industry, glass industry, ceramic industry, chemical industry, etc. Further, it provides metallurgical coke, coke oven gas, crude benzene, coal tar and modified pitch, anthracene and washing oil, coking naphthalene, light and phenol oil, crude phenol, ammonium sulfate and coking crude sulfur; and light benzene and sulfur, as well as engages in coke waste heat power generation, and technical consultation on mining. The company was founded in 1954 and is based in Baotou, China. Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Union Co., Ltd. operates as a subsidiary of Baotou Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd.
